We came here on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. There are $3 mimosas and aperol spritz which was awesome. We started with the bruschetta and it was so fresh. The tomato's were so light and tasty. For my main course I had the short rib gnocchi. It tasted great. The gnocchi was soft and almost melted in the mouth. The short rib added to the flavor as well and was cooked just right within the sauce. The restaurant wasn't packed but it was filling up. The waiter was also pretty quick as well and very attentive.

I come here a lot because I live closeby, and it never disappoints. The servers and management are always fantastic. I enjoy sitting in the patio all year round as it's heated in winter and cooled in summer. I have probably tried 90% of the menu, and it's all great. The pizzas are always great, the appetizers and salads are fantastic. And I love the eggplant parmigiana and the Branzino from the entrees. We went last night and got the Branzino and focaccia, and both lived up to the expectations.

Overall, would love to return to try more. Parking: two garages close by. They probably do validate but I forgot to ask (don't be like me!) there is also street parking but this corner of buckhead gets busy Atmosphere: not the shining star of this restaurant but I don't care as long as the food is good and it's clean. It feels a little generic but it does have a neat patio. It's lower key than its neighbor restaurants. We had a reservation, which was easy to get. Staff: attentive, kind, helpful and knowledgeable Food: pasta is truly the star here. They make their own pasta so if you have never had it that way, it may have a unique texture to you; it's chewier and more flavorful. I love fresh pasta personally so this was wonderful. Cacio e pepe: while I do generally prefer a thicker noodle for this dish, their homemade pasta was so delicious. The flavor of the sauce was perfectly balanced and creamy (without cream of course) Carbonara: this was the winner. More sumptuous than the cacio, this dish had a ton more flavor too. The panchetta ratio was perfection and was of course parallel with the freshly made pasta. Chicken Milanese: a surprisingly light dish despite it being fried. The dish was plated with a light vinegarette salad with arugula, cucumber, tomato, and olives. The chicken was butterflied and thin, and perfectly crispy. Affogato: for dessert we shared the lovely salted caramel gelato with espresso. The perfect flavor of gelato to complement. I would love to go back to try other pastas!

We walked in at 20 minutes to close after a very long evening and they graciously seated our party of 4. The food was great as was the service and I recommend giving them a try!

First off, I want to shout out our server Anja. She was attentive, kind, and ensured our meals came out amazing. The menu is great, but both times we've gone we have ordered specials. Last night, we enjoyed the zucchini chips, taverna salad, chicken parmesan pizza (the special), and the tomato basil pasta. Let me share something I think is rarely done consistently well amongst restaurants- every dish came out PIPING hot. No lukewarm meals here, this wasn't under a warmer, this was made fresh. It's something I just do not take for granted. There's good italian food all over buckhead, even within Buckhead Village. I think this place has a better ambiance, it's easier to get into (we didn't have a rez), and much better value. Already counting down the days til we can come back!

We went to Taverna for date night and I mean it was awesome. Staff was attentive and at our side every second, if we needed more wine they poured it. If we needed a box they got it. We didn't have to ask for a single thing, they just took care of it! Great service. Food was phenomenal, my boyfriend got the Cacio de Pepe and I got the pasta carbonara (Gf) . I actually demolished my entire plate. We will be back here, hopefully to the brunch!

Omg this place is GOOD. Like really good, almost almost Italy good. Came here for lunch and they had drink specials on the weekend ($3 for an Aeperol spritz? ) and their California pizza was seriously amazing! I always am very critical when it comes to anything California based but the pizza was flat and crispy- definitely out of a brick over or seemed like it and just enough toppings! Fresh yet hearty! Our bartender was amazing and all around had really great service! I will definitely be back.

4.7/5 Came here with my friend for light eats and drinks. They do have a parking deck with an elevator that leads to the side of the restaurant. So, it's easy to find and they validate parking which is a plus! Service: Our waiter was absolutely wonderful! She had a really nice vibe and was more than open and patient when it came to ordering. The manager was also going around doing table touches, which is always appreciated as a customer. Food: We shared the Mussels, which were in a tomato based sauce. The mussels were good, except for a few that still had sand in them, but I can't say I would order them again. I believe that's just person preference, as I enjoy white wine sauces more for mussels. For drinks, my friend ordered the Aperol spritz and I enjoyed the Lavender Refresher. The drinks were really good and strong, we also ordered a few rounds of wine which were good picks as well. For dessert, we just decided to share the tiramisu. I will say I don't usually like tiramisu, but this one was delightful as it was light and airy. Ambiance: It is a really nice place, very warm feeling inside with a good amount of seating. This is a good place for birthday dinners, celebration dinners, or just a night out. But the bathrooms could use a lil extra tidying up without the night. One stall was not up to par in the women's restroom. Overall: I will definitely be back to try more menu items. I have heard good things about their brunch/breakfast, so I will be back with a review for that once I've experienced it.
